POA, i go down to general ofice to change duster, but yet, the clerk there just couldn't pause awhile to talk nicely. she saw me walking me with 1 spoilt duster, w/o asking just talk in malay with other clerk and pass me the new one. i don't mind. but the thing i don't no what to do with the spoilt one, and she was like giving attitude saying just throw it away, throw it!
